Dear sirs, I would like to know how to start to ask for help from your foundation for a 33 year old girl, mother of a 9 and a 10 year old children, living in Alexandria, Virginia. She has just one tiny part of one of her lungs working. The rest of the lungs are not working because of bronchiectastis. At present she iis at a hospital in DC (The Specialty Hospital of Washington DC) I have the papers showing her case history, both from there as from NIH, and INOVA, but dont know how to start the proceedings for asking for your help,, the transplants call for for a huge sum, up front, 100,ooo dollars! .She only has Kaiser insurance which wont pay that I understand. I am only an 81 year old friend interested in helping this young lady. Thank you God bless you, please answer me, with something, Laura R.Wilson,
